Vietnamese springrolls

Nem Ran, also known as Vietnamese springrolls or fried springrolls, are a popular dish in Vietnamese cuisine. They are crispy and full of flavor and are often served as an appetizer or as part of a larger dish.

 

At Som's Kitchen, Nem Ran are made with a filling of ground pork meat, glass noodles, carrots, cabbage, and spices. The ingredients are finely chopped and seasoned with spices such as garlic, ginger, soy sauce.
