Chicken Wings

Crispy chicken wings are a popular dish in many parts of the world, especially in the USA. We personally also enjoy eating them, so you can order delicious wings with various dips directly to your home or pick them up at our place.

Questions and answers Q: Are the wings always crispy?

A: We at Som's Kitchen do our best to deliver your wings crispy. However, ALL food loses its crispiness and partially changes its consistency due to temperature loss and standing time. Fries, wings, schnitzel, etc. become soggy or even partially inedible the longer it takes to consume them (you've probably thrown away ordered fries or wings into the trash because, well, you know...). At Som's Kitchen, we use heated insulated bags to ensure the "cold chain" during transport to you and to deliver your food warm. This slows down but does not prevent the loss of crispiness in the food.

Q: Can I eat the wings cold or the next day?

A: Yes, you can. Store the wings in the refrigerator until ready to eat, then you can simply eat them cold or heat them up in a pan. This works well in a fryer (e.g. air fryer) too. It is only partially suitable for the microwave, as the wings will become a bit soggy.

Q: Why do the wings taste better at your place than at others?

A: Many competitors use cheap industrial finished products (there are also very good industrially produced products in many areas, such as fries, vegetable wings, etc., but often the quality is much worse than self-prepared products). At Som's Kitchen, we use fresh chicken wings that we marinate ourselves and then serve/deliver to you with delicious dips.
