Bánh mì Sandwich

Bánh mì is a Vietnamese sandwich consisting of a crispy baguette, pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, meat, and a sauce. The dish is a fusion of Vietnamese and French influences, as it originated during the French colonial period in Vietnam.

The baguette is filled with a combination of pickled vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, and radishes to give it a crispy and juicy bite. Meat, avocado, jackfruit or tofu are then added to make the sandwich more filling. Typical meat fillings include grilled pork, chicken or beef, but fish or seafood can also be used. The sandwich is then garnished with fresh herbs such as cilantro and served with a sauce.

Bánh mì has become very popular in many countries around the world, especially in the United States and France, where it can be found in many restaurants and street food stands. It is a delicious meal that offers a mix of different flavors and textures.
